NMTC Library will fill ILL requests that are available from lending libraries throughout the U.S.
1. Get as much information from the patron as possible: title, author, ISBN, copyright date, publisher
Give this info to Jeff. He will:
2. Look the title up in World Cat
3. Note codes for 5 libraries
4. Access ILL (FirstSearch)
5. Request the title
6. Print the request, file in ILL notebook
Each patron will be given a brief copy of the NTMC policies when they pick up any requested ILL materials.
