Policy on displays in the North Metro Technical College library

The North Metro Technical College library has limited display space available. There is a bulletin board in the Reference Room, a plastic brochure holder by the front entrance, a small area of the Circulation Desk as well as tabletops for display.

These display areas may be used for:

Display of brochures, flyers, handouts of library related information

Brochure, flyers, handouts of campus interest

Campus interest refers to authorized student organizations, program information, and administrative notices.

The display area is not available to community or outside organizations.

Requests for use of the display space should be made in writing to the Director of the Library who will take into account whether the space is available and whether the subject of the display meets the stated policy requirements.
